Your content is not used to train any model: calls go through paid API tiers whose terms exclude inputs and outputs from training, and Socioverse has no models of its own.

- No. Your content is not used to train Socioverse models, and Socioverse has none. Third-party providers are called through paid API tiers whose terms exclude API inputs and outputs from model training.
- What data does Socioverse send to AI providers?
- Only what the feature needs. Caption generation sends the media file you selected plus your brand knowledge base. Competitor analysis sends the public reel you chose. Customer lists, billing data and team account details are never sent.
- Who is responsible for AI-generated captions and replies?
- You are. Every caption, script, DM reply and lead magnet is a draft you are responsible for reviewing before publishing under your name, including compliance with Instagram Community Guidelines and any advertising rules in your market.
- Does Socioverse make automated decisions about people?
- No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Lead scoring ranks contacts to help you prioritise; it does not deny anyone a service and you can override it.
