Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
The Socioverse Data Processing Addendum forms part of the Terms of Service and applies whenever you use Socioverse to process personal data about other people. You are the controller of that data and Socioverse is the processor. No signature is required - accepting the Terms accepts the Addendum.

- No. The Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into the Terms of Service, so accepting the Terms accepts the Addendum. No separate signature is required.

- How does Socioverse handle international data transfers?
- Where personal data originating in the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred outside those territories, the transfer is made under the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.
